The park offers a beautiful natural setting with stunning wildlife all around, which I loved. However, my experience was marred by cleanliness issues and a frustrating towel exchange system. The pool area was lovely but lacked staff supervision, making it less enjoyable for me. Overall, while it has its charm, there are several areas that need improvement.

I stayed in a cozy forest cabin which had a nice atmosphere but unfortunately, it wasn't cleaned properly. I encountered unclean surfaces which was quite disappointing.
Service
5.0
I found the staff to be unhelpful when it came to getting clean towels. It felt like a hassle to sort things out, which put a damper on my experience.
Location

The location was gorgeous, surrounded by nature and wildlife, including plenty of kangaroos, which was a highlight for me.
Dining
7.0
The dining experience was decent; I found the restaurant a bit on the pricey side, but the food was good quality.
Facilities

The pool looked beautiful, but the lack of safety rails and the unsupervised environment made it less inviting. There were also drying facilities available but they cost extra.

I had a relaxing stay in a great location, just steps from the beach, making it a perfect spot for a holiday. The staff were welcoming and accommodating, but I did notice that the cabin water had a strong sulfur smell, which wasn't ideal. The facilities were clean, and I really enjoyed the bistro/takeaway for meals, especially given the remoteness of the area. Overall, it was a lovely experience, but additional information about the water quality would have been helpful.

Our stay at the resort was quite enjoyable, with a lovely beach just a minute away and amenities that were mostly clean and accessible. The atmosphere was relaxed, though some noise from other guests during the night was a downside. We appreciated the space and cleanliness of the park, but the dining options could be expanded. Overall, it's a good spot for families looking for a beach getaway.

I had a wonderful experience at Murramarang Resort, especially during our beach wedding ceremony which was impeccably organized by the team. The Beach Spa Villa was exceptional, offering direct access to the ocean and all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. However, some areas of the resort, such as the paths and some outdoor features, seemed to be in need of maintenance. Overall, it was a beautiful location for our event, but there were aspects that could be improved.

I had high hopes for my stay, but unfortunately, it fell short in many areas. While the dining staff were attentive and polite, the overall condition of the resort was disappointing. The maintenance seems neglected, making it hard to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. I would not return to this resort again given the experience, despite the friendly service in the dining area.

Rooms

The villa we stayed in had serious maintenance issues, including holes in the walls and a lack of privacy.
Service

The dining staff were attentive, but overall communication and management were lacking.
Location

The resort is somewhat secluded, but access to the beautiful surrounding areas like Milton and Batemans Bay was a plus.
Dining

Dining was decent with attentive staff, but limited options and when the power was out, it really impacted our experience.
